The Coyne Report was started in March of 2009 as a service of TerryCoyne.com to provide ongoing sales metrics for the commercial real estate market in Northern Ohio. In the coming months and years, we hope to expand listings to include other states and regions and offer a full suite of searchable trend data tools and knowledge.
